Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of AdMan, our YouTube ad verification and proof-of-delivery SaaS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

AdMan monitors YouTube channels you connect, analyzes public uploads for visual matches to your creatives (including via AI models), and records detections, timestamps, and reports. Detection is probabilistic; low-confidence matches may require human review. We do not guarantee 100% recall or that every airing will be found.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your organization’s seats and for inviting only authorized users. Admins control billing, channels, and team access.

You retain rights to creatives and workspace data you upload. You grant AdMan a license to process that content and connected channel data solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to monitor the channels you connect and that use of public YouTube content complies with YouTube’s terms and applicable law. AdMan’s access is read-oriented for verification — we do not publish on your behalf.

Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping beyond product features, reverse engineering except where allowed by law, or using AdMan to infringe others’ rights. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to circumvent plan limits in bad faith.

Fees, channel limits, and scanned-minute pools are as stated in your plan or order. Overage and unused minutes follow the then-current pricing. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Client-facing guest seats must only expose data you intend those guests to see.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid by you to AdMan in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes that depend on YouTube availability or third-party APIs.

Either party may terminate according to your plan or by closing the account. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
