Privacy Policy

AdMan (“we”, “us”) provides YouTube ad verification and proof-of-delivery software for media houses and their advertisers. This policy explains what data we process when you use adman.media and related apps.

Account data. Name, work email, organization name, role, and authentication details needed to sign in and manage your workspace.

Workspace content. Clients, campaigns, creative assets (PNG, JPG, PDF), channel connections, detection results, review decisions, and delivery reports you generate in AdMan.

YouTube / public video data. When you add a channel by public URL, we access public video metadata and publicly available video content solely to detect your uploaded creatives and record timestamps. We do not require Google account OAuth to monitor a channel, and we do not publish, modify, or claim ownership of channel content.

Analysis inputs. Frames and related signals from monitored videos may be processed by AI model providers to match creatives and score confidence. Outputs (matches, timestamps, confidence) are stored in your tenant.

Usage & operations. Basic product analytics, logs, and support correspondence to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use this data to run detection, show proof of delivery, power review queues and reports, bill scanned minutes, improve accuracy, and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal data. Tenant data is isolated — one organization’s channels, clients, and detections are not shared with another.

We share data with subprocessors that help us operate AdMan (hosting, auth, email, AI analysis, and payment providers if applicable), only as needed to provide the product. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and users.

Account and workspace data are kept while your organization is active. Detection records and reports are retained for the life of the account unless you delete them or ask us to remove them. After account closure we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, security, or billing reasons. Scan intermediates used only for analysis are not kept longer than needed to produce results.

You can update profile and organization settings in the product, disconnect YouTube channels, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Where applicable law gives you additional rights (e.g. portability or objection), we will honor them.

We use industry-standard controls (encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation) appropriate to a B2B SaaS product. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
